Not so bad as an earlier version, but desperately needs a functionality for wire transfers and beneficiary management. P.S. And why doesnt it remember the password? If you dont trust it to store the password, it shouldnt be used for the banking at all. If you trust though, please add the password storage backed by the Touch ID, please.

App crashes

I called UNFCU about blank screen on my iPhone 4S with this app. I was told to turn off WiFi for app to work. It did. My iPad app worked with WiFi on (dont have cellular data on my IPad).

The app doesnt open on my iPhone and crashes after about 10 seconds. This app is definitely a great initiative but it needs to pass a more stringent QA process before being released in the app market. Very poor quality

Despite reports that the app keeps crashing, it works perfectly for me over wi-fi. I havent tested all the functions, but at least I can view balances and recent activity on all my accounts. The reason I didnt give it five stars is that I have tested all the features yet. Im using an iPhone 4

You have to sign up for a UNFCU mobile account. Its separate from your desktop UNFCU credentials. After that, it works fine.

Annoying sign up process , it doesnt use the Internet user/pass, you need a new one for this app. Very limited functionality. You can only view balances, transactions and make transfers between your accounts. No online deposits, online funds transfers, online bill payments, or any other features 21st century banks usually have. App is a bit flakey. Some times it works , some times it doesnt.

On my iPhone 4S, when on 3G the application crashes ten seconds after opening it. I tried both with wifi or 3G, it only works over a wifi connection.

They really need to look into why this app doesnt work on the iPhone when wifi is on

This app doesnt work. After oppening the app, it appers a white grey screen and then it crashes.

This app is ok at what it does but it really needs an update supporting the iPhone 5s taller screen along with bug fixes!!

The iPhone app doesnt work at all. Just has a blank screen when you open it. Hard to believe its been out for a while and no attempt to fix it has been made. Based on the other reviews, most people have this same issue. However, the iPad app works.

Like a number of the other reviews here, the app does not seem to be working on my iPhone (I get the greyed-out screen at launch). I am wondering whether this has anything to do with compatibility on the iPhone 5? Once it has been updated, I would be happy to give it a try. I would also love to see a mobile checking feature in the near future!

Happy with the bank but very disappointed with this much awaited - and needed app... It does NOT work at all. It doesnt even open... Please fix it!

Probably could be clearer that one needs to enroll separately for mobile banking.

1) Same as other users: opening the app presents a blank grey interface and crashes moments later. 2) Why does the truncated app title still read "UNFCU...bile"?

This app crushes on my I-phone 5. Keep getting blank screens. UNFCU advised me to delete and re-load the app, but it still crushes.
